We created a web application for one of the biggest real estate companies in Poland. The basis of its operation is a tailored CRM system, that allows to integrate all the elements, connected with every stage of property management. Its main functionalities are: managing rental and sales offers, managing a team of sellers, creating weekly / monthly / quarterly and annual statements and reports.
In connection with a huge number of buildings and employees, that need to be managed, the customer decided to create a dedicated CRM solution. The main goals were to accelerate the sales process and facilitate the flow of documents. The customer didn’t want to use ready-made solutions for two reasons. Firstly, it was difficult to find one system that met all the customer expectations, and secondly, our client care about the highest safety standards.
This project was very complex. We had to care about the creation of a multi-stages connection structure in which there was no place for mistakes. We’ve started from the detailed task backlog preparing, that allowed us to identify critical implementation moments.
Client decided to prepare this solution only for an internal use. Only people, who are logged in to the internal corporate network, have access to the data.
