Clinic is a web application, created for a small network of cosmetology clinics. Its main aim was to prepare a tool for complex customer service process management. As a result, we made from scratch a solution for arranging medical appointments, viewing the history of treatments and generating the needed reports. Through the app, customers can also make payments and give ratings.

WHY DID WE START THE COOPERATION?

In connection with the growth of a cosmetology clinics network, and an increasing number of customers, the existing manual system of customer service came to be insufficient. The different stages of customer care, were being realized by using many different tools. It caused a long handling time, missing some data and general chaos in the management. Relating to these areas, the following problems have been identified:

  • there was a weak flow of information between clinics,
  • manual data entry and report generation was inefficient,
  • the consumer history was visible only in one clinic,
  • there was no possibility to check the specialist’s calendar in other locations,
  • generating reports required manual calculations.

WHICH STRATEGY DID WE APPLY?

We paid attention to accelerate the current operations and implement those, that will be characterized by automation, but also affordability. It was also important, that the application was easy to use and quick to learn. At the beginning, client wanted only a solution to support the arranging medical appointments with doctors of specific specializations.After consultation, we also advised to supplement the functionality of automated calculations, that allows to create statements for both individual and the whole network of clinics.
