Aquatest is a test laboratory, that offers remote testing of medical equipment for sterilization and autoclaving. Due to the multi component processes, related to the lab and customer services, our client was looking for the trusted supplier, who will help them to control the issues connected with the maintenance, development and making the improvements.

WHY DID WE START THE COOPERATION?

This type of services, requires a complex connections and processes. Each of them, must perfectly match with other parts and create coherent solutions to avoid possible mistakes in shipments. It is also important to control the storage time of samples, generate return shipments at the right time and report the results of testing. But how does this service work?

  • Create your company’s account at Aquatest.pl,
  • complete the information about the number of autoclaves that you have and start the subscription,
  • get the package and make a test,
  • send the package back,
  • wait for the report.

However, the existing Aquateam’s solutions haven’t been fully structured and compatible. Their team came to us with a ready-made platform (prepared by a previous contractor), which caused them many troubles. The main problems were:

  • mistakes in combining orders and shipments,
  • chaos in the application’s code,
  • only a part of the necessary functions have been entered.

WHICH STRATEGY DID WE APPLY?

Because of the lack of a technical documentation, we began by making the small improvements, that were possible. We have built a team of professionals with complementary skills, who proceeded to organize an application code and create the precise documentation. It’s allowed us to eliminate large errors and prepare an application to the further development. By the time we started the cooperation, the number of errors has dropped significantly.

In this project, the communication was particularly important. The knowledge of specialized vocabulary and processes connected with this unusual service, was the key to interpreting the discovered technicalities. During the whole project, our customer-contractor communication was very smooth, and as a result, we became a trusted Aquatest’s technology partner, who support them in a daily maintenance of the product. We also implement the new, necessary functionalities.
