Learnly is an application for comprehensive tutoring process management. It was created from scratch, by our team. Its main functions are managing the customer base, creating schedules, quickly cancelling and adding lessons, and a quick search for available teachers.

WHY DID WE START THE COOPERATION?
Couple years ago we noticed, that the tutoringsystem has not changed for years. It is not automated, and every single function, connectedwith that process, have to be realized by using different tools. In connection with that, the following issues have been identified:
- finding proven specialists is difficult,
- it is hard to find any opinion about selected teachers,
- lessons are usually paid in cash,
- there is no dedicated learning platform withall the needed tools.
WHICH STRATEGY DID WE APPLY?
The aim was to prepare a solution, with all the functions, that are needed during the tutoring management process. Firstly, we decided to prepare a flexible application with basic functionalities.At the beginning, it was an application only for an internal usage. After some time, when the numberof users increased, it was necessary to create an external version. Due to the growing interest in thiskind of learning, the mobile application is also expected to be introduced in the near future.

Teacher and student accounts. The possibility of quick cancelling or adding the lessons, sending the training materials and checking the receivables.
