Hotel - We have produced a web application, that supports the booking system of small local hotel network. The created customer zone, allows people to find an ideal location, view the room, get acquainted with the details and finally book the selected room or apartment. On the other hand, the landlord panel is a tool for managing multiple properties simultaneously, adding photos, descriptions, features and price management.

WHY DID WE START THE COOPERATION?

The client decided to create his own, tailor-made solution, allowing to avoid the commissions of well-known services. An important function of the application, was the possibility to full site edition for best exposing the qualities of a particular hotel or an apartment, increase a website transparency and stand out from the crowd with a fully tailored solution.

The application was also intended to centralize the booking system, thanks to which the customer service process was streamlined and accelerated.

WHICH STRATEGY DID WE APPLY?

We have set the goal to create a simple, quick-to-implement solution, for a group of local hotels. The customer also let us know, that the platform must be simple to use, due to the different technological sophistication of the people who are supposed to use it. Therefore, we decided to use simple solutions and supplement them with some useful functionalities. One of them was the ability to share rooms published on the throne as posts on social media.

CRUCIAL AREAS, THAT WE HAVE IMPLEMENTED:

Admin panel

It is possible to add new hotels and rooms, change their prices or specifications, and generate reports on payment statuses and revenue.

On the personal account there's an ability to add hotels to your favourites, make reservations and pay, as well as check your transaction history.

Internal search engine

Searching for hotels and rooms by its name, keywords, location or tags. As a result, a list of the best hotels and rooms proposals appears.

Subpages of rooms and hotels

They contain photos, videos, booking calendar and all the technical data about hotels and rooms.

Feature 4.

Booking system

It consists of enter the necessary information, check the availability, and estimate of the costs. If everything is correct, you can book selected options.
